Engage Metrics is a comprehensive dashboard designed to deliver customer analytics derived from company services and programs. It empowers businesses to launch, promote, and manage campaigns tailored to major events and activities, driving customer attraction and deeper engagement. The platform helps organizations understand customer behavior and enhance interaction strategies.

Collaborating closely with a Business Analyst, I took the lead in shaping a user-centric design, ensuring it met project requirements and was intuitive for internal users to navigate effectively.

Developing a distinctive color palette and design system that aligned with the minimalistic E-Portal 2.0 Design Architecture, balancing simplicity with innovation.

Deliverables:

Thoughtfully curated designs tailored to streamline the development process, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
